What is it and what is it for?

Suavinex premium glass baby bottle pink, 240 ml, has a variable flow nipple that allows it to be adjusted according to the baby's needs. It contains slow, medium and fast flow options.

The slow flow mode is ideal for newborns and babies up to 3 months of age. The medium flow increases the amount of food with less sucking effort and is recommended for children from 3 to 6 or 12 months.

In the case of the third option, the milk flows very quickly, so it is recommended for children from 6 to 12 or 18 months of age.

Who is it suitable for?

It is indicated to cover all bottle-feeding stages required by newborns and babies up to the age of 12 or 18 months.

Instructions for use

Bottle feeding will depend on the age of the child. Under 3 months of age, the baby should be fed every 2 to 3 hours. After 3 months every 3 or 4 hours.

To prepare the bottle for use, the following steps should be taken:

  • Sterilise the bottle with boiling water.
  • If formula milk is being used, refer to the instructions on the bottle and then place the indicated amount in the bottle along with boiling water. Gently shake to mix.
  • Cool the bottle immediately. To do this, place it under a stream of water, making sure that not a drop of water enters the bottle.
  • The last step is to check the temperature of the milk, which should be lukewarm.

Contraindications

It is advisable to sterilise the teat before first use. Wash it with soap and water after each feeding (use a small brush to reach the narrowest area). Do not store it wet, it is preferable to let it dry in the open air or use a soft cloth to dry it.

Check the teat frequently and change it every 2 to 4 weeks. Do not use it if it is torn (the baby may tear it if he/she starts to have teeth). Prevent the child from falling asleep with the teat in the mouth to reduce bottle decay.

Remove the bottle when the baby is 12 to 18 months old, as leaving it in for longer can impact the child's oral and dental development.

Composition

Glass and silicone.
