Fitting:
Gently pull the earlobe downwards.
Hold the tab of the hearing protector between thumb and forefinger.
Insert the protection into the ear.
Adjust:
Gradually press the protector until it fits correctly in the ear canal. You can make slight rotating movements to facilitate fitting.
In most cases, the tab will be positioned towards the bottom of the ear.
Removal:
To remove the protection, gently pull the tab with a slight twist.
