Hold the ear upwards to facilitate insertion and insert the earplug while it is still compressed.
In a few seconds it will adapt by itself, mould the earplug and place it carefully at the entrance of the ear canal.
Do not cut the earplug or insert it all the way into the ear.
Pull the pinna backwards to expel air from the ear canal and prevent ringing.
Store earplugs in their box in a clean, dry place.
Not to be used for scuba diving.
