Start by shaking the Puressentiel Muscle and Joint Roller well and apply it to the painful muscle or joint areas (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, etc.) 3 times a day. The Roller Joint & Muscle Massage Ball is ideal for self-massage of painful areas to help relax the muscle. You can also use more product and supplement it with a hand massage.
