Pranarôm Yarrow 5 ml is a dietary supplement based on the essence of Achillea Millefolium. This medicinal plant was used in ancient times for its anti-haemorrhagic and healing properties. The oil is extracted mainly by steam distillation.

It has other therapeutic properties, including anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and antipyretic effects. It is recommended for treating a wide range of conditions such as gastritis, gastroduodenal ulcers, haemorrhages, rheumatism, painful periods, haemorrhoids and varicose veins.

Taking yarrow essence helps to stimulate appetite and the secretion of gastric juices. It helps to reduce inflammation of the liver and gall bladder. It can facilitate the dissolution of gallstones and kidney stones.

It also helps to tonify the reproductive system and has a positive influence on the regulation of menstruation. It helps to relieve premenstrual tension and muscle cramps. It also promotes pelvic circulation and helps control vaginal symptoms.
