Mentha piperita
A hybrid product of Menta aquatica and spearmint, this 80 cm plant is very lively. Its stems are quadrangular, its leaves are oval, sharp and serrated. It grows in cool, clayey and calcareous soils. It is distilled in June, just before flowering.
Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 4 drops per day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 4 drops - 150 mg.
1 drop of AEQT Peppermint on 1/4 cane sugar cube to suck on before an appointment will give the breath all the freshness of peppermint and will also improve digestion.
