Pranarôm Lovage 5 ml

Pranarôm lovage is an essential oil obtained by distilling the root of levisticum officinale. Also known as lovage, lovage is an herbaceous plant used to help detoxify the body and facilitate the elimination of toxins. It also helps to tone the skin thanks to its draining and diuretic properties. It is also used to treat psoriasis. Pranarôm lovage is a chemotyped, 100% pure and natural essential oil.

The essential oil of lovage contains terpenyl, β-phellandrene and myrcene in its composition. These molecules give it purifying, anti-psoriatic, anti-viral, anti-infective, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic properties. It can also act as an anticatarrhal, expectorant, digestive tonic and diuretic.

Pranarôm Lovage is indicated for children from 6 years of age and adults.

The oral use or ingestion of Pranarôm Levandre essential oil is reserved for well-informed persons or on prescription from a doctor or therapist.

For external use: mix 1 drop of lovage essential oil for every 4 drops of vegetable oil.

For tiredness and asthenia: massage into the lower back and along the spine.

For psoriasis: apply to the affected area 2 to 3 times a day for 3 weeks. Take a break of 1 week after 3 weeks of use before restarting the cycle, if necessary.

For enterocolitis: apply to the stomach after meals.

Pranarôm lovage can be fatal if swallowed and if it enters the respiratory tract. In case of accidental ingestion, call a poison control centre or doctor immediately and do not induce vomiting. May cause allergic skin reaction. Do not apply undiluted. In case of skin contact, wash with plenty of soap and water. Keep Pranarôm lovage away from sources of heat and light. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or on children under 6 years of age. Pranarôm lovage is very photosensitive and sun exposure should be avoided for at least 10 hours after application to the skin. In case of epilepsy or asthma, consult a doctor before using lovage essential oil. It is recommended to test the essential oil before use by placing two drops on the inside of the elbow to check that, after 24 hours, there is no unfavourable reaction.
