By cutaneous route:
Apply 1 drop locally. As a precaution, dilute the Essential Oil in Vegetable Oil.
May also be diluted in suitable cosmetic formulations.
Diffusion:
Diffuse 4 to 6 drops of Essential Oil in a room of 10 to 20m² and about ten drops for a room of 50m².
Diffuse for a maximum of 10-15 minutes/hour.
