Pranarôm Juniper Common Juniper 5 ml is a 100% pure and natural chemotyped essential oil from the Pranarôm brand, obtained from a whole distillation of Juniperus communis in its alpine variation, obtained through organic farming.

Juniper (Juniperus communis) is a bushy shrub that grows in mountainous regions, plains and clearings, with narrow leaves with steely tips. Its bluish black berries are widely used in natural medicine as they are diuretic and depurative, ideal for slimming processes.

Juniper oil is obtained by steam distillation of the berries. Its fragrance is herbaceous with balsamic tints and its colour is greenish-yellow. Its consumption facilitates the elimination of toxins, including the accumulation of uric acid, which tends to cause rheumatic and muscular pain and contractures.

This common juniper essential oil helps relieve joint pain, reduces muscle discomfort such as lumbago or sciatica, thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties. Among its benefits, it can also be used as a venous and lymphatic decongestant, which helps to reduce tired legs and haemorrhoids.

It is recommended to take 1 drop (50 mg) of AEQT Common Juniper on a neutral support with a maximum dosage of 2 times a day.
