Pranarôm Ceylon cinnamon 5 ml is an essential oil that has been developed with ingredients from organic farming. It is extracted from the bark of the plant, which is rich in calcium, iron, manganese and dietary fibre. It is suitable for vegans.

• Take 1 drop twice a day on a neutral support.
• To treat bacterial or parasitic conditions, mix 2 drops + 10 drops of apricot kernel AV or honey and take 4 times a day.
• For a toning massage, dilute 1 drop in 10 drops of apricot kernel. Please note that pure apricot kernel oil can irritate the skin, so it is essential to dilute it.
• As a slimming oil it can be mixed with other essential oils: 25 drops of Ceylon cinnamon + 50 drops of cedarwood + 50 drops of grapefruit + 50 drops of blue eucalyptus and 75 drops of rosemary QT camphor. All this in 100 ml of jojoba AV. Apply 2 applications on the areas to be slimmed.
