Pranarôm Carrot 5 ml

Pranarôm's carrot essential oil is a versatile homeopathic product that can be used in a variety of ways to help the human body both internally and externally. It is composed of a pure, natural extract of carrot, with no chemical additives such as preservatives or flavourings.

Its main benefits are found in the nutrients it provides. Some of them will help to keep the digestive system healthy, provided that the oil is ingested in the correct way. Others, on the other hand, will serve as natural moisturisers for the skin, ideal for massages.

It is mainly suitable for adults, although it can be used for children over 3 years of age. Ideal for use as a food supplement, as well as cosmetic and aromatic.

Like most of the brand's essential oils, this one can be used in several ways:

• Topical and cosmetic use on the skin: dilute a few drops of the oil in a neutral base such as Pranarôm gel or cream, which are ready to receive essential oils. Then simply apply to the skin area.
• Purifying, digestive and intestinal health use: it can be taken in a dose of 2 drops 3 times a day, diluted in an edible neutral base such as honey, cane sugar and the brand's specialised tablet. If used in this way, it is advisable to use for short periods of time such as 14 days or less.
• In aromatherapy diffusers: drops of the oil can be placed in specialised diffusers that work with cold or ultrasound. The right amount will be indicated by the model of diffuser to be used, but usually the branded ones will work with 3 to 5 drops for rooms between 9 to 15 square metres.
• In custom blends: the oil can be mixed with other oils to achieve a wider range of benefits when used or to increase their already present qualities.

Concentrated oil should never be applied directly to the skin, as it may cause irritation or discomfort. Avoid use on mucous membranes of the body. Keep out of reach of young children, heat sources and sunlight. Not for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
