Pranarôm Carrot 30 ml

Carrot essential oil produced by Pranarôm is a versatile product with excellent qualities and a wealth of useful nutrients for various parts of the body. When ingested, the oil can help relieve stomach upset, improve digestion and facilitate intestinal transit. On the skin, it will help to moisturise and prevent skin ageing.

It is primarily indicated for adults, although it can be used in children over 3 years of age. Ideal for supporting the health of the digestive system if ingested, or for maintaining healthy skin if applied with creams or massage oils.

It is advisable to follow the instructions below and always apply or consume the essential oil in its diluted form in a recommended neutral base:

• For application to the skin, either in the form of massages or creams, it is recommended to dilute a few drops of the product in a portion of vegetable oil or neutral gel. Pranarôm offers neutral bases that are ideal for combining with its plant oils.
• For the intake of this essential oil, a dose of 2 drops 3 times a day is recommended. The drops should not be ingested directly, but should first be diluted in a suitable neutral base, such as Pranarôm's neutral tablet, honey or cane sugar. In addition, 5 drops of the product can be diluted in 1 litre of water, which should be drunk throughout the day.
• To enjoy aromatherapy in a cold diffuser or ultrasound diffuser, it is recommended to place a few drops of the oil in the appropriate tank. The exact dosage will depend on the model of diffuser used, but in the case of using a Pranarôm diffuser, 3 to 5 drops are generally used for rooms of 9 to 15 square metres.
• Combine it with different essential oils to create custom blends that enhance each other's properties. The mixture can then be applied in any of the ways mentioned above.

Never to be used as aromatherapy, never to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Abstain from direct use of the oil, it should always be used diluted in a neutral base so as not to cause side effects such as irritation or unfavourable reactions due to the high purity of the product.
