Moisturising for dryness of the nostrils

The nasal passages are lined by the nasal mucosa, whose function is to warm, humidify and clean the air we breathe.

The mucosa also has cilia that retain dust and larger components of the air; under normal conditions, it generates mucus that keeps the walls of the nasal passages moist and prevents the entry of harmful agents.

Certain situations (environmental, pharmacological, atrophic rhinitis...) can cause nasal dryness, altering the mucous membrane which produces less mucus; as a consequence, the cilia retract and do not filter the air well and there is a greater tendency to the appearance of wounds and infections.

Blow your nose gently.

Place a small amount of gel with a clean finger or directly from the tube nozzle into the nostril and rub gently. It is advisable to massage gently from the outer side of the nostril in order to spread the gel perfectly.

Apply as often as necessary.
