Turn the sock over until the heel is over and insert the foot into the toe, making sure that the heel is well positioned at the bottom of the sock. Then, bring the sock to the instep and pull the heel area upwards, over the heel and up to the ankle. Slowly pull the sock up the leg and check that there are no wrinkles. Using the palm of your hand, feel the fabric for wrinkles, making sure it is evenly distributed, and adjust it below the knee.
