The Medilast sock 300 large black is a class II preventive normal compression stocking (22-29 mmHg). It has been designed to apply decreasing pressure to the ankle area and to help blood return to the heart. It aims to improve circulation in tired and swollen legs. Its daily use reduces the sensation of heaviness and prevents the appearance of varicose veins. It contributes significantly to the reduction of pain and swelling normally caused by prolonged standing. It reduces the possibility of the appearance of spider veins and uncomfortable periods of tingling. The clevertex fabric is designed to absorb and evaporate sweat generated by activity. This absorbent material is very suitable for keeping the foot dry and avoiding the proliferation of fungus.

The model is bi-elastic, anatomical, comfortable and easy to put on. The toecap is elastic and the waistband has a non-tightening design. It fits snugly against the skin and does not slip.
