1. Moisten your toothbrush with water.
2. Squeeze a small amount of Lacer Gel Dentifrico into the bristles of the toothbrush (about the size of a pea).
3. Place the toothbrush on your teeth and brush gently in a circular motion for at least two minutes, making sure to cover all tooth and gum surfaces.
4. Spit out the toothpaste after brushing.
5. Rinse your mouth with water several times to remove toothpaste residue.
