The Laselle kegel ball by Intimina is a product designed solely for women and their vaginal health. It is made from a medical silicone sheath that completely surrounds a ball weighing 28 grams. In addition, it has a silicone thread or string that also surrounds the entire ball and is used to remove it easily after each use.

As it is made of medical silicone, it is guaranteed not to cause any allergies or negative effects, unless the person is allergic to it. Nor will it leave any residue when it comes into contact with the skin and vaginal mucosa, nor will it affect the pH of the area.

The weighted ball will vibrate when you move and this vibration will have an effect on the pelvic floor to help strengthen and exercise it in a healthy way.

It is advisable to follow the following instructions for safe and proper use of the Kegel ball:

• Make sure that the chosen ball, in this case the 28 g ball, is the ideal weight.
• Place the ball in front of the vagina, with the extraction cord pointing outwards.
• Insert it into the vagina with some firmness, but without abruptness. If it is not possible to insert it properly or if it is uncomfortable to do so, it is recommended to use water-based lubricants, as this will facilitate the application.
• When inserting it, it should only be placed at a depth of 2 cm from the entrance of the vagina. For greater accuracy, be guided by the extraction cord, as this should be right at the entrance for easy and safe removal.

Once the kegel ball has been inserted, it can be kept in place for a while and you can continue your daily activities or actively exercise by contracting and relaxing the vaginal walls. Wash with water after and before each use to avoid contamination.

Never near sources of heat or ignition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use lubricants that are not compatible with silicone. Avoid prolonged use to avoid overworking the pelvic floor.
