Composition:
L-tryptophan, tunica of vegetable origin [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose], anti-caking agent [magnesium stearate of vegetable origin], zinc gluconate, nicacinamide (vitamin B3), anti-caking agent [silicon dioxide], pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Per 1 capsule:
L-tryptophan......220 mg
Vitamin B3.....8 mg
Vitamin B6.....0.7 mg
Zinc................1.5 mg
Dosage:
Take 1 capsule between 4pm and 5pm or on professional advice.
Avoid eating meat at dinner.
