Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to take one capsule 1-2 times a day at least half an hour before meals or two hours after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of difficulty in swallowing, the capsule can be opened. Do not take with protein-containing nutrients. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
