Infisport Nd4 is a dietary supplement formulated to make a positive contribution to sport if it is very demanding. The consumption of this product provides a large amount of energy and helps to prevent muscle damage and fatigue to a large extent.
Infisport Nd4 is a green apple flavoured product that provides a large amount of nutrients to increase physical performance. It is specially formulated to be consumed during exercise.
First of all, the body requires a large amount of energy because it is the mainstay of the cells. This energy requirement is greatly increased when a person engages in demanding sport. So, in order to provide the body with immediate sustenance, this supplement provides a 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose. On the other hand, it contains B vitamins, which improve and support energy metabolism. This means that energy from the product can be used as well as energy stored naturally in the body.
The muscles are the ones that suffer the most during exercise, as minor damage is caused by exertion. This supplement incorporates amino acids that minimise the lactic acid that causes pain.
In addition to lactic acid, the body can suffer from two other conditions with physical exertion, namely fatigue and oxidative damage. Magnesium and vitamin B6 have the ability to greatly prevent fatigue to improve performance. Vitamins C and E provide a good amount of antioxidants to greatly mitigate oxidative damage.

The recommended daily dose is 40 to 80 g. It should be prepared by dissolving 2 scoops (40 g) in 500 ml of water. It is advisable to drink it in small sips during physical activity lasting more than 60 minutes.

It cannot be consumed by people who are allergic to any of the indicated components. It is also not recommended for diabetics due to its sugar content.
