Holle Eco Organic Organic 3 cereal porridge is made with a natural formula composed of brown rice, maize and millet, essential ingredients for baby's growth from 6 months onwards. Ideal for continuing complementary feeding.

For babies from 6 months of age.
1. Boil the milk and water together, in quantities of 100ml each (for a total quantity of 200ml).
2. Let the mixture cool down to 50º.
3. Pour the liquid into a bowl, add 5 tablespoons of Spelt porridge (about 25g) and mix everything well.
7. Once the mixture is ready, leave to cool until it reaches an optimum temperature for consumption (around 37º).
