Blevit Happy Nights 150g
Product made with soluble plant extracts (lime blossom, lemon balm and camomile). Linden is a plant with soothing properties, lemon balm has mild sedative properties and provides a pleasant lemon flavour. Chamomile has a great sedative action that helps in cases of insomnia and nervous disorders.
For infants from the first days of life, children, adolescents, adults and pregnant women.

It is prepared by dissolving the granulated product in hot or cold water, or by adding it to the usual beverage, such as fruit juice or milk. For infants, it can be added to bottles of infant milk. Because of its pleasant taste, it does not require the addition of sugar or any other sweetener. It can be taken daily 1 to 3 times a day. Dosage varies according to age, and is recommended:
- Up to 2 months : 1 heaped teaspoonful (about 2.5 g) in 50 ml of water.
- From 2 to 6 months : 1 heaped dessert spoon (about 5 g) in 50 to 100 ml of water.
- Up to 1 year : 2 heaped dessert spoonfuls (about 10 g) in 100 ml of water.
- From 1 to 8 years : 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons (about 20 g) in a cup or glass of water (200 ml).
- Over 8 years : 2 or 3 heaped tablespoons (about 40 g) in a cup or glass of water (200 ml).
It can be taken from mid-afternoon onwards, if considered appropriate, as it does not have an immediate effect but is gentle and progressive, like most products based on plant extracts.
