In a bottle

Add 1 to 3 scoops* of Multicereal gluten-free FOS to the bottle of milk your baby usually drinks and shake until dissolved.

In porridge

Put 200 ml of warm milk in a dish, the kind your baby usually drinks, and add 7 to 8 ladles* (approx. 32-36 g) of FOS Gluten-free Multicereal FOS.

Stir with a fork until the desired consistency is reached.
