Indicated for vitamin deficiencies, such as in situations of inadequate diets, weight loss, lack of appetite and convalescence.
Contains 20 ml.
It is a medicine containing vitamins A, D and E (fat-soluble) and vitamins B and C (water-soluble).
Its use is indicated to make up for deficiencies in these vitamins in states of convalescence or insufficient diets.
Suitable for use in adults and children over 2 years of age.
The recommended daily dose varies according to the age of the patient:
Children aged 2-6 years: 10 drops a day, which can be divided into two doses, one with breakfast and one with lunch.
From 6 years of age: 18 drops a day, preferably at breakfast.
Do not use Hidropolivit in children under 2 years of age.
Patients allergic to any of the vitamins contained in this medicine.
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency.
It is contraindicated to take this medicine with alcohol intake, as alcohol decreases the absorption of these vitamins (alcoholic patients are usually deficient in vitamins).
Pregnancy and lactation: contraindicated.
This medicine contains sorbitol (special care in diabetes) and methyl parahydroxybenzoate (may cause allergic reactions).
Like all medicines, Hidropolivit oral drops may cause side effects:
Common adverse reactions: allergic reactions, itching, urticaria.
The active ingredients of Hidropolivit are: 1.500 IU Retinol palmitate (vitamin A), 600 IU Cholecalciferol (vitamin D), 10 mg Alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), 2 mg Riboflavin (vitamin B2), 1.6 mg Pyridoxine (hydrochloride) (vitamin B6), 50 mg Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 0.125 mg Biotin and 12.5 mg Nicotinamide.
The other excipients are: propylene glycol, polysorbate 80, sorbitol 70% (E-420), glycerol (E-422), saccharin sodium, disodium edetate, monothioglycerol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E-218), butylated hydroxyanisole (E-320), essence of banana, essence of vanilla, sodium hydroxide and purified water.
This medicine comes in the form of drops, which have a clear golden colour and a banana flavour.
