Oral use. In general: Adults and children from 12 years of age: 1 single-dose pack 3 times a day. Children under 2 years of age: 6 drops 3 times a day. Children between 2-5 years: 9 drops 3 times a day. Children aged 6-11 years: 12 drops 3 times a day. In acute cases: Adults and children from 12 years of age: 1 single-dose pack every ½-1 hour, maximum 12 times a day, then continue with the standard dose. Children under 2 years: 6 drops every ½-1 hour, maximum 12 times a day, then continue with the standard dose. Children 2-5 years: 9 drops every ½-1 hour, maximum 12 times a day, then continue with the standard dose. Children aged 6-11 years: 12 drops every ½-1 hour, maximum 12 times a day, then continue with the standard dose. To open the single-dose container, twist the top part, and to administer the medicine, press on the bottom part.
