FontActiv HP/HC 24 bottles vanilla flavour x 200 ml is formulated to support the special needs of patients with malnutrition. Its consumption helps to restore energy and obtain the necessary nutrients.

Each bottle of Fontactiv HP/HC maintains its organoleptic properties at all temperatures. These formulas can be used as a sole source of nutrition or as a complement to the diets stipulated by the doctor.

Each of the products in this kit is UHT sterilised and packaged in a protective atmosphere. The formulas are gluten and lactose free.

These dietetic foods have special medical uses, either for complete diets, for cases of low nutrition or as preventive. Also for patients on high-calorie and high-protein diets.

They are enriched with B vitamins, vitamin D, vitamin K and have calcium.

It is indicated for patients with pictures of malnutrition and who require special products to cooperate with the obtaining of energy and nutrients. They are:

• People with fragility/sarcopenia, immobilised, with pressure ulcers, fractures, pre and post-surgical patients, with congestive cardiac ailments, oncological patients with treatments and malnourished elderly patients.
• Patients requiring long-term enteral nutrition, requiring regularisation of intestinal transit, with swallowing or digestion difficulties and with neurological diseases. Convalescent patients requiring nutritional support and with dietary treatments with malabsorption problems such as short bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease.

The product is ready to use, shake well before opening the bottle. Depending on the need, it can be administered by gavage. Serve chilled, preferably.

Use only under medical supervision. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Not recommended for persons with galactosemia. Do not administer parenterally. Store in a cool, dry place. Once the bottle has been opened, keep covered in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
