FontActiv Diabest HP/HC vanilla is a food supplement that can be taken by diabetics who are suffering from malnutrition under clinical treatment. This supplement is based on a hyperproteic and hypercaloric substance that can only replace a balanced diet while the malnutrition is being treated under the supervision of a responsible doctor.
As the supplement contains fibre, it satiates hunger for a long period of time and it is not necessary to consume other foods. On the other hand, it provides the amount of 308 Kcal per 200 ml in the form of carbohydrates, so that the body has plenty of energy. It also provides high biological value milk protein, fatty acids, 13 vitamins and 15 essential minerals.
It is indicated for adults and children over 3 years of age with diabetes who are in a state of clinical malnutrition and require a high-protein, high-calorie food. It can be consumed as a sole source of nutrients or serve as a complement to a balanced diet while treating malnutrition.
The product should be shaken well before use and can be taken orally or through a tube placed directly by medical personnel. It is recommended to be consumed chilled.
Once the product has been opened, it should be consumed within 24 hours, and should be stored in the refrigerator to better preserve the nutrients.
This supplement should never be given to children under 3 years of age, nor should it be given to people suffering from galactosemia. Contains products derived from lactose or whey. A doctor should be consulted in case of intolerance.

*Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
