Put the socks on in the morning, as long as your legs are not swollen. Do not put them on like a normal sock: turn the sock inside out except for the toe, insert your foot and gradually pull the sock up your leg. Do not pull the cuff of the sock, it should be approximately two toes below the knee. We recommend removing rings or bracelets before putting on the socks to avoid snags and breakages.
