The method of use of this product is to mix 50 grams of the oat powder with 200 ml of water or warm vegetable milk. Stir well until smooth and free of lumps. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes before consumption. You can add fresh fruits or nuts for more flavour and nutrients.
