After exercise it is essential to recover as soon as possible to assimilate the training and to be able to perform at 100% the next day.
Vegan Recovery Drink helps to:
Replenish glycogen stores thanks to its formulation with quality, easily assimilated carbohydrates.
Protect and rebuild muscles after exercise thanks to proteins and amino acids.
Vegan Recovery Drink contains 43% of the best vegetable protein, equivalent to 22g of protein per serving, which contributes to the preservation of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones.
It provides an approximate 1:1 ratio of protein to carbohydrate, a high amount of protein for a recovery drink, but it is formulated in this way because after training it is common to eat foods high in carbohydrates such as fruit, oatmeal, energy bars ... And the protein intake, which is essential for muscle recovery, is neglected.
It also provides:
L-Arginine AKG (250 mg per serving). It is the amino acid precursor of nitric oxide and contributes to better endothelial dilation of the blood vessel walls, thereby increasing blood flow and the amount of nitric oxide in the blood. It is also necessary for protein synthesis within the body's tissues, thus promoting tissue repair.

Creatine (1,500 mg per serving)
Contributes to increased muscle torque production, increased training intensity and greater work capacity.
Clinically proven ingredient to help increase muscle strength and increase lean body mass.
Aids energy stores and supports muscle building by improving physical performance and work capacity at the threshold of fatigue.

Medium Chain Triglycerides (500 mg per serving) provide high quality fatty acids so that glycogen stores are not used during physical exercise. It provides continuous energy during prolonged exercise and helps reduce lactate build-up.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE Dissolve 2 scoops (50 g) of product with 250-300ml of water or vegetable drink and shake. Consume 250-300ml up to 45 minutes after exercise. For perfect dissolution it is recommended to add one part of liquid, the product and shake vigorously to finish filling the mixture with liquid.
