The active ingredients present in the composition of Estromineral Serena Plus are the following:
Soy Isoflavones: Glycine Max (150 mg) are natural oestrogens of vegetable origin, when ingested and reaching the intestine they are transformed by the bacterial flora into active components.
Probiotic lactic ferments: Lactobacillus sporogenes produces glycosidase, enzymes which transform soya isoflavones into active forms, thus promoting their absorption.
Agnocastus: Vitex agnus-castus extract (40 mg) helps to relieve menopausal symptoms and restore physical and mental well-being.
Magnolia: Magnolia officinalis extract (50 mg): its active ingredients Magnolol and Honokiol contribute to physical well-being.
Vitamin D3: 5 mcg. Aids calcium absorption.
Calcium: 141 mg. Contributes to normal neuronal transmission, regulating nerve and muscle function, as well as energy metabolism and energy production.
Magnesium: 60 mg. Related to nervous and muscular regulation mechanisms. Its use contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
