The cypress is a tree native to the Mediterranean basin. Its characteristic pyramidal shape and its evergreen leaves have led it to be related to Pluto, god of the dead, which explains why it is present in our cemeteries and why it is attributed the "power", on an energetic level, to connect heaven and earth.
