A skin test is recommended 48 hours prior to use. For general use, dilute one or two drops of oil in water or apply directly to a cotton pad, then apply to the skin. As an aromatherapy oil, add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, or dilute in 10-15 ml of carrier oil.
