Maxfibra contains Sunfibre®, a partially hydrolysed, soluble guar gum, which supports the activity of the gastrointestinal tract and digestive system, helps to normalise the state of the gastrointestinal flora and stimulates peristalsis and regular bowel movements. Maxfibra cleanses toxins from the body and prevents their subsequent passage into the blood. It helps to lower harmful cholesterol levels and minimises blood sugar levels. Maxfibra can also be included in a weight loss regime, as the fibre contained in the product swells in the stomach, creating a feeling of satiety at the expense of the feeling of hunger, which in turn leads to less food being eaten at meals.
