The Onís anti bedsore mattress is the appropriate alternating pressure surface to treat grade I pressure ulcers, as well as to prevent the onset of pressure ulcers when the risk is medium-low. Its micro-ventilation holes in the sacral area reduce skin maceration. The compressor also includes alternating or static pressure selector and low pressure warning. Includes puncture repair kit. Features a mattress with ventilation holes and a quiet aluminium motor.
The use of the Onís anti bedsore mattress is recommended for the treatment of grade I bedsores, as well as for the prevention of bedsores in bedridden patients who are prone to bedsores due to their limited mobility. The fact that the mattress has ventilation holes prevents the skin from drying out, thus preventing maceration and the development of bedsores. The mattress should be in operation at all times while the user is in bed.
Choice between alternating or static pressure, by means of a switch on the compressor. And the low pressure warning by means of an orange indicator light, located on the compressor.
The compressor is:
- Double dust filter, reduces the accumulation of dirt on the membranes, extending the life of the compressor.
- The fuse is accessible from the outside. In the lower part, there is a register that makes it easy to change the fuse from the outside without having to disassemble the compressor.
- With vibration damping by means of 8 silent blocks which reduces the movement in the casing and thus the noise of the motor.
