This homeopathic medicine is administered sublingually. It is generally 5 globules 3 times a day, preferably separately from meals.
Ledum palustre globules is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients of this medicine.
Like all medicines, this medicine may cause side effects, although not everybody suffers from them. For homeopathic medicinal products, possible side effects derive from the pharmacological or toxicological properties of the raw materials or excipient(s). No clinical studies are available to report on the frequency of adverse reactions.
The patient should consult a doctor if symptoms persist. Warnings on excipients: Ledum palustre: globules contain 0.038g lactose in 5 globules. Patients with hereditary galactose intolerance, total lactase deficiency or glucose or galactose absorption problems should not take this medicine. Ledum palustre globules contain 0.21g sucrose in 5 globules. Patients with hereditary fructose intolerance, glucose or galactose absorption problems, or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency should not take this medicine. It may damage the teeth.
Each 4 g pack corresponds to a finished product with a single dilution.
In this case, we are talking about the following dilution:
Ledum palustre 5 CH............................................................................................. 0,0025 ml
Excipient(s) with known effect: sucrose (0.21 g) and lactose (0.038 g).
This medicine has an individualised dosage. It is therefore advisable to consult your doctor in advance. Also, it is not advisable to take this treatment for more than one week unless the medical specialist indicates a different dosage for each individual case.
