Bach Vervain 20 ml

Bach's Vervain Dissolution is a homeopathic product with medicinal properties that helps to calm the nerves and reduce the obsession of the individual who uses it. It can be useful for people who are impatient, who live a fast-paced life or who make a lot of mental effort. Its use contributes to calm and rest, it can even serve as a relaxant to relieve insomnia in case of being nervous or upset.

This solution has been formulated for use by nervous adults or those with a nervous imbalance. It helps to calm the nerves to regain serenity, facilitating a good night's rest. It is also suitable for people who need mental rest.

One of the following methods is recommended:

• Direct ingestion: take the dropper of the product and place two drops of the product directly on the tongue.
• Simple mixture 1: use the dropper supplied with the product and pour 4 drops into a glass of water. The solution should be consumed in small sips over a period of several hours or even throughout the day.
• Simple mixture 2: add 4 drops of the product to an additional dropper bottle with a capacity of 30 ml. Fill it with spring water and store it either in the refrigerator or in a closed container, at a warm temperature and away from direct heat sources. The intake of this mixture consists of taking 4 drops at least 4 times a day. They should be placed directly on the tongue without further dilution.
• Compound mixture: use this product in conjunction with 7 other Bach flowers, adding 2 drops of each in a 30 ml dropper bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with water and if you want to preserve the mixture for longer, you can add brandy, liqueur or vinegar in very small quantities. Take 4 drops of this mixture at various times of the day, with a recommended intake of at least 4 times a day.

The use of this solution is not recommended if you are taking alcohol-intolerant medicines. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should first consult a specialist to determine whether or not it is advisable to take it.
