Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids essential for the proper functioning of the body. There are two important fatty acids in the omega-3 family: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Docosahexaenoic acid contributes to normal brain function and eicosapentaenoic acid contributes to normal heart function. For this, at least 250 mg/day of DHA should be consumed.
Fish oil with omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids; gelatine capsule (gelatine; humectants: glycerol, sorbitol; colouring agent: E-172); standardised extract of Gingko biloba leaves (6%); emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; soya phosphatidylserine; D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); theroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
Take 1 capsule daily with food or drink. If you are taking this product for the first time, you can double the dose during the first 12 weeks. Indications For proper maintenance of the body, in particular the brain and heart.
