Composed of two pouches, one with urea and one outside with water.
1. Tap the outer pouch firmly. Firmly hit the centre of the pouch, so that the inner pouch of water breaks.
2. Mix the contents so as to obtain the maximum cooling effect, place a towel or a piece of clothing between the bag and the skin.
3. Not reusable, dispose of after use according to local regulations.
