The syringe should be picked up and the nozzle brought close to the liquid or substance to be extracted. In these cases, as there is no needle, the syringe cannot pierce any membrane or solid layer, so the substance must be in a container that is easy to remove or another method of extraction must be used.
To draw the substance into the syringe, simply pull the plunger out until the liquid marks the desired amount on the labelling on the body of the product.
