PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Omega-3 EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and Omega-3 DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) are essential long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids essential for the functioning of our body as they contribute to the normal functioning of the heart with all the advantages this brings to any individual who consumes them, whether he or she is a sportsperson or not. However, our body is limited in its ability to synthesise them on its own. This is why we need an external supply of these essential nutrients to supplement our natural deficiency.
