Vitamin B Complex 60 capsules

Plantis Vitamin B Complex food supplement is a product made with a wide variety of ingredients that provide a high content of various B vitamins. Its quantity is such that a single capsule can provide the recommended daily allowance (RDA).

The vitamins provided by this supplement will assist in a wide variety of functions within the human body. Among the most important are the following:

• Folic acid or vitamin B9, is an essential coenzyme for the formation of haemoglobin and structural proteins.
• Vitamin B2 or riboflavin will contribute to the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, to facilitate their assimilation. It is also an essential element for growth (in children) and even in the maintenance of tissues (adults and older adults).
• Vitamin B12 is an essential element in the formation of nucleoproteins, proteins and red blood cells. It also contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and is involved in DNA synthesis.

It is mainly indicated for adults who suffer from a significant deficiency of B vitamins. It is suitable for children and adolescents, but these do not normally suffer from a deficiency in these elements, unless they have a very unbalanced diet.

It is advisable to take 1 capsule a day, preferably first thing in the morning, with the first meal. Take with a glass of water, do not chew or break the capsule.
