Sikapur Gastro Sikapur is a purely mineral silica gel for the treatment of acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders associated with vomiting/nausea, diarrhoea, stomach pain and flatulence as well as for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Silica gel has a high adsorption capacity for pathogens and their toxins, as well as gases. This
causes gases, pathogens and their toxins to bind to the gel by a purely physical process in the gastrointestinal tract and to be excreted physiologically through the intestine. Relieves gastrointestinal symptoms, including flatulence, by eliminating the source of the disturbance.

Children and adults suffering from acute symptoms should take 2 sachets, 3 to 5 times a day directly or diluted in water or tea, between meals and, if necessary, immediately before going to bed.
After relief of acute symptoms, treatment can be continued for a few days by taking 1 sachet (15 ml) 3 times a day.
In case of chronic gastrointestinal problems, adults should take 1 sachet (15 ml) directly or diluted in water or tea 3 times a day on an empty stomach or between meals.
Adverse effects
No known adverse effects.
Interactions
If you are under medical treatment, take your medication at least 2 hours before or after taking Sikapur® med Gastro, as this may influence the effect of the medication.

There are no known contraindications or side effects from its use. Gluten-free, lactose-free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
