CalmTu® is a food supplement based on standardised and titrated extracts of Valeriana officinalis (Valeriana), Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) and Escholtzia californica (California Poppy). Valerian: improves sleep quality without side effects and reduces the time it takes to fall asleep.
Passionflower: indicated to treat restlessness, uneasiness and irritability that often make it difficult to fall asleep.
California poppy: an extract with an anxiolytic effect that reduces the effects of nervousness and anxiety, thus having beneficial effects on sleep. Take one capsule 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Instructions for use
