1. Remove the applicator from the sealed packaging. Do not remove the end of the applicator immediately.

2. Hold the applicator firmly by the tube. Shake the applicator to ensure that the contents are in the thin end.

Twist the end until it breaks off and pull it out. Use the product immediately after opening. Sitting or lying down, gently insert the thin end of the applicator into the vagina.

4. Squeeze the applicator tube firmly to deposit the gel into the vagina. Remove the applicator and throw it away.

5. Recommended use: Use no more than once every 3 days. Compatible with latex, natural rubber and polyisoprene condoms.

6. If necessary, and for convenience, gently squeeze a small amount of gel from the applicator before use, so that the tip is lubricated before insertion into the vagina.
