First wash your hands thoroughly.

Then with the help of the applicator pour 1 gram of contents into the valve, then insert the cannula into the inside of the vagina and apply the contents.

Once you have finished, wash the cannula and the bag very well for the next application.

It is recommended to use twice a week, or every day if necessary, for up to 12 weeks.
