20 minutes before each exposure to the sun, apply a sufficient amount to cover the exposed area, for example, the equivalent of a teaspoon of product for the face and neck.
Reducing this amount reduces the level of protection. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, bathing or drying yourself. Even when well protected, minimise exposure to the sun. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun.
