What is it and what is it for?

Trofolastin Breast Scar Reducer is a dermatological dressing specially developed for the treatment of scars resulting from surgical interventions in the breast area. This topical solution offers a comprehensive approach to diminish scars and improve the appearance of the skin.

The advanced formula of Trofolastin Breast Scar Reducer is based on a unique combination of active ingredients that work synergistically to stimulate cell regeneration, improve skin elasticity and smooth existing scars. The product also helps prevent the formation of excessive scar tissue, which contributes to a more aesthetic scarring.

This product helps to increase skin elasticity, resulting in a smoother and more supple appearance. The topical solution provides deep, long-lasting hydration, which contributes to healthier skin and aids in the healing process. It also helps prevent the formation of keloids and hypertrophic scars, thus avoiding additional aesthetic problems.

Who is it indicated for?

Trofolastin Breast Scar Reducer is indicated for women who have undergone breast surgery and wish to improve the appearance of the resulting scars. It is suitable for different types of surgery, such as breast reduction, breast augmentation or reconstructive surgery. Suitable for users who are looking to improve the aesthetics of their skin and increase their confidence.

How to use

  • Wash hands before use. Carefully clean and dry the scar area, making sure the skin is completely dry and free of any cream, ointment or oil to facilitate the application of the Trofolastin Breast Scar Reducer dressing.
  • Open the sachet and gently separate the protective layers of the long rectangular dressing. Place the dressing evenly over the submammary scar, ensuring that no folds are formed and that all edges are fixed to the skin. If it is necessary to trim the dressing to size before applying, do not separate the protective layer before cutting and ensure that it is of sufficient size to adhere to the healthy skin surrounding the scar.
  • Open the envelope and gently separate the protective layers of the short rectangular dressing. Place the dressing evenly over the vertical scar (from the areola to the submammary scar), ensuring that no folds are formed and that all edges are attached to the skin. If it is necessary to trim the dressing to size before applying, do not separate the protective layer before cutting and ensure that it is of sufficient size to adhere to the healthy skin surrounding the scar.
  • Open the envelope and gently separate the protective layers of the circular dressing. Place the dressing evenly over the periareolar area, ensuring that no folds are formed and that all edges are secured to the skin. If the dressing needs to be trimmed to size before placement, do not separate the protective layer before cutting and ensure that it is of sufficient size to adhere to the healthy skin surrounding the scar.
  • Once in place, the Trofolastin Breast Scar Reducer dressing can remain attached to the surface of the skin for up to seven days depending on the type of scar. The dressing is water resistant if applied without creasing and all edges are fixed to the surrounding healthy skin. The dressing is for single use only. If the dressing starts to peel off, replace it with a new Trofolastin Scar Reducer dressing.
  • To remove the dressing, gently lift one corner of the dressing and carefully pull up the edges of the dressing until it pulls away from the skin.

Trofolastin Breast Scar Reducer is not recommended for people with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. In addition, use on open wounds or damaged skin should be avoided.
