Hansaplast Aqua Protect Assortment of 20 plasters

Hansaplast Aqua Protect assortment of 20 dressings are used to protect minor wounds that do not require surgery such as scrapes or cuts. They are water-resistant, so they can be used during daily showering. They reduce the risk of infection by contact with water or by the accumulation of liquid residue on the laceration.

During the day they keep the affected area safe from bacteria and dirt. They completely seal the injury and keep it in good condition during the healing process. They are made of delicate materials and no industrial dyes have been used in their manufacture.

They have a non-stick pad in the middle to cushion the chafing of the compromised area. They also reduce the sensation of pain on removal. They are held in place by high-strength adhesives that secure the patch so that it does not move.

Their most important field of action is to keep the wound safe from external influences, pressure and friction. They help to prevent contamination of the wound. The length of time they should remain on the damaged surface is linked to their proportions and characteristics.

• Clean the area to be treated of dirt and bacteria.
• To prevent infection, carefully dry the wound and the entire perimeter.
• Cover the laceration with the patch without stretching.
• To remove, carefully peel off one end of the patch and then gently pull it off.
• Try to cover the entire wound with the dressing.
• Replace frequently unless otherwise directed by your physician.
• Store away from heat sources.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Not recommended for use on wounds that are too large or bleed excessively.
