- It is important to have clean hands during application.
- Before using for the first time, be sure to press the mouthpiece briefly to fill it with solution.
- Take a moment to sit comfortably and relax. Tilt your head slightly forward and apply a small amount of solution into one nostril. Repeat the process in the other nostril.
- Insert the mouthpiece into the nostril and press down. Allow the solution to flow out of the nostril and then blow gently with your nose, to remove any excess solution or nasal secretions. Repeat the process in the other nostril.
- Allow excess water to drain out and blow out.
- Can be used several times a day. It is important to clean the mouthpiece with lukewarm water after each application.
